The ideal candidate will have experience in the stages of the BD & sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients e.g. Corporates, Investment firms
- Manage sales pipeline
- Comprehensively understand the business and use that to approach clients
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Manage the full cycle from lead identification to lead conversion through sole ownership
- Account management
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, minimum 1-5 year experience in BD or sales roles
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing. Demonstrated BD/Sales success
- Strong negotiation skills & good listening skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred, but not mandatory
